Double wall fuel tank

Storage of fuel in general, with interspace of safety for the control of possible leakage in operation.

Standard equipment:

• Hatch bolted with use attacks
• Anti-spreading cockpit
• Certification test at 1 bar to 0.5 bar and the reservoir to the cavity
• Table of their heights (cm / Lt)

Installation Tips:
If used for fuel, the installation must comply with the Ministerial Decree 29/11/02, namely:

• The use of a double wall underground tank, must provide for a continuous monitoring system of the losses for the interspace.

REGULATIONS
For installation, refer to the current legislation. In particular, the installation and operation of tanks for the storage of liquid fuels in the service of thermal plants must comply with the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior 28/04/2005. This measure contains provisions for fire safety. For installation (if used to contain fuel) refer to the current legislation. In particular, the installation and operation of underground tanks for the storage of fuels at the service stations must comply Decree of the Home Office of 29/11/2002. Such a legislative measure in the light of the provisions of the previous legislation, from DM 31/07/1934 (as amended and supplemented) and the legislation on fire, introduces improvements to the security of the service stations through the use of underground tanks with specific technical requirements. In particular, the underground tanks for the applications envisaged by DM 29/11/2002 are:

• double-wall system with continuous monitoring space;
• metal single-wall, inside a containment box in concrete, lined with waterproof material and monitoring in continuous leak. The containment box can contain one or more tanks without separators between them.
